Horizontal Boring
Our horizontal boring services are designed to provide accurate, high-quality, and timely component manufacturing. With machines capable of handling workpieces up to 3000mm in length, 2000mm in height, and 1000mm in width, we can machine even the most complex parts with precision tolerances of ± 0.005mm.
Vertical Boring
For larger and heavier workpieces, our vertical boring machines are equipped with adjustable tables to accommodate a range of project sizes. We maintain precision tolerances within ± 0.005mm, ensuring that even the most demanding specifications are met.
Turning
Our large center lathes allow us to perform a variety of turning operations, including facing, grooving, threading, and more. With a capacity of up to 4 meters in length and diameters ranging from 500mm to 1200mm, we deliver precision turning services with tolerances of ± 0.005mm.
CNC Turning
Cimex Engineering’s advanced CNC turning services enable us to create cylindrical components with exceptional precision. Our CNC machines can produce parts with complex geometries and intricate features, with a maximum capacity of 400mm in diameter and 400mm in length.
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling services offer the versatility to create complex shapes and components from a variety of materials. With machines capable of producing parts with tight tolerances and high surface finishes, we provide cost-effective solutions for a wide range of applications.
Drilling
Our heavy manual swing arm drilling machines are ideal for drilling, counterboring, and tapping large units of equipment. These machines maximize efficiency by handling tasks that do not require milling, ensuring timely and cost-effective production.
Fabrication
In addition to our machining services, Cimex Engineering provides medium-sized metal fabrication services. We specialize in the refurbishment and repair of worn components, working with metals such as mild steel, stainless steel, duplex, boiler plate, and cast steel.
